If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Parents and guardians may create stories for children, but must supervise usage and take responsibility for content.

Story Creator is an AI-powered platform that allows you to create illustrated children's stories featuring your own characters. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate story text and images based on your inputs. Features and availability may change without notice.

You are responsible for all content you upload or create using our service.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (character photos, descriptions). Stories and images generated using our AI tools are owned by you, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for other purposes without your consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content, including photos of people. You must have consent from individuals depicted in photos.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORY CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Story Creator and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

A printed book is made personally for you, from the story, characters, dedication and design you chose. It is printed and shipped by an external print house, for delivery within Israel only.
Before payment you are shown a preview of the entire book to approve, and the book is printed as you approved it. After approval you are responsible for its content (names, spelling, text and images). Before printing, the images are upscaled for print quality; this does not change the content or the layout.
The final price, including shipping, is shown before payment. The purchase is concluded when payment is completed.
If, for a reason within our responsibility, we cannot produce the book at the required quality, we will let you know and refund the full payment.
If the book arrives defective (a printing or binding defect) or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of receiving it or of its expected arrival date, preferably with a photo. We will print a new book at no cost, and if that is not possible, we will refund the payment.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being approved.
